To make this year more remembrable pick at least one of the challenges below... I did all of these, but if you only have time for one that is fine.
Challenge Number 1) Have you accomplished all you're goals with your horse for this year? If not, that's fine! Your closer to them, and its not always your falt. We take it to our horses pace! :) Well that's not what this post is about. This post is about finishing up your year, a year of your life, your horses life, your friends lives, everyone and thing around just aged a year. A year that you'll never be able to get back, it's time for some serious reflection! I'm not trying to rush you, but get you to understand every moment of your life is important. Every moment your around your horse counts. Everything counts. Every little thought or feeling you've expirienced counts. Everything you've ever done.
Counts.
Sit down in a very quiet place, somewhere you won't be disturbed, somewhere where you can relax and get really comfortable. Sit or lay (don't lay if you don't think you can stay awake ;) and take 3 deep breaths hold each for 3 seconds and slowly release. Now start your reflecting, close your eyes and start at the beginning of the year. Try to remember everything that happened, and just let your mind show you your past. It will be like watching a movie, don't be critical but don't be niave either, think about everything you would like to improve on and how you might get there... take a minimum of 15 minutes and just reflect and do the above.
Really grasp the importants of knowing where you're going in your life, why and how your going to get there. Your past should help you get there...
Challenge Number 2) Be prepared. This new year holds tons of joy and love for you. Eliminate the need for stress or procrastination by ordering anything your horse needs now before the new year. Order that years supply of everything your horse needs. Fly spray, sheets, fly masks, de-wormer, boots, etc. If you shop well enough you might even get big discounts after Christmas.
Living moment to moment,
Kaylee
Oh yes! I forgot, I bought Pride a Santa Hat! I'll get pictures with it on him tomorrow and post them!
