What a Horse!

Isn't it funny how we almost always underestimate our horse and our selfs? I completely underestimated Prides ability at the Challis Horse Show! He was AMAZING. The night before, I looked into his beautiful brown eyes and asked him to give me his all, to try his hardest. He did. I swear they can understand what we ask of them, or maybe its just the bond between horse and human, they both know eachother so well that they can communicate just by feeling. Whatever it was Pride understood. While he might not have understood why, he knew how much it ment to me. Haha, I still have no idea what I've done to deserve him! He's the horse of my dreams, and he always will be! :)
^This sounds pretty dramatic for not posting for months, so much has happened! I forget to slow down and relax sometimes.
Nick being gorgeous!!!

Pride with a blank look on his face and me being nervous for our next class :).

Pride and I getting a 2nd in Bareback!

I bathed Pride today, braided his hair, and blanketed him for the night. 1 more day until the Arco Show, I'm really nervous for this one, since I've never been to this horse show before. I haven't ever been to the rodeo grounds and our surrounds will be knew to the horses and I. I'm sure we'll all do just fine! I entered Nick (: his show name is Full of Play, Pride's show name is Full of Pride, because their brothers) in Junior Horse Pleasure, In-Hand Trail, Barrels and Poles (I pulled Aspen out because of a pulled muscle, Nick is filling in for her).
